School Property is an online marketplace that connects school owners with parties interested in leasing or purchasing school properties across India. We act as a listing and introduction platform — we are not a party to any transaction between owners and buyers/tenants.
2. Listings
By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to offer the property for lease or sale. All listings are manually reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
3. Inquiries & Conduct
Inquiries must be genuine expressions of interest. Misuse of contact information, spam, or fraudulent activity will result in removal from the platform and may be reported to authorities.
4. Due Diligence
All parties are responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, and regulatory due diligence before entering any agreement. Information on listings is provided by owners and is not independently audited by School Property.
5. Limitation of Liability
School Property is not liable for any loss arising from transactions initiated through the platform, including inaccuracies in listing information, failed negotiations, or disputes between parties.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
